Personality Inventories

We conduct scientific research on personality and develop "Personality Inventories". We have a very large personality inventory library that measures theories such as Big5, 16PF, Disc and MB or the competencies required in working life.

General Aptitude Tests

We develop "General Ability Tests" to determine people's mental potential and discover their strong talent areas. We make measurements in areas such as verbal, numerical, visual-spatial, memory, attention, critical thinking, situational judgment and mental speed.

Foreign Language Tests

We conduct level determination exams to determine people's Foreign Language levels and their areas of development regarding foreign languages. In the tests we carry out according to the CEFR Measurement system, we both reveal the foreign language levels of the people and give feedback about their areas of development.

AC/DC

In order to carry out in-depth analysis of the features we measure with Tests and Inventories, we carry out "Assessment Center / Development Center (AC/DC) content production studies. Case Study, Role Playing, Competency-Based Interview, Works on the Agenda constitute our main AC/DC work areas.

Talent Database

With our measurement systems, we aim to collect the measurement results of all the talents we serve in a single database and to bring talents together with institutions looking for talent through a single portal. 

Career Counseling & Mentorship

We provide career counseling and mentoring to individuals who are in the career decision-making process or looking for a new career. We apply measurement tools that allow individuals to know themselves best and discuss the results together.

Talent Management Projects

Joint training with universities in areas such as career development, career choice, career awareness & We develop development projects and help university students make the best career decision.
